Cardio Kickboxing Pop-Up Class 2nd & 4th Friday's each month this summer 5:30-6:30 pm, with Meghan June 14th & 28th, July 12th & 26th, August 9th & 23rd
This will be a high energy, fun packed cardio class designed to build stamina, improve coordination, increase flexibility and create overall strength. Movements and combinations are inspired by various martial arts disciplines such as Tai Chi, kung fu, ji jitsu, capeira, and kickboxing. Cost: $15 or class punchcard.

Beginner Pilates Tuesdays, 6-6:50 pm with Stephanie
Pilates offers a low impact but effective way to strengthen and tone muscles. Each exercise emphasizes breath, body awareness and core conditioning. Through Pilates, you can learn to strengthen weak muscles and correct your posture. Even those who haven't exercised in many years can achieve a degree of flexibility they have not enjoyed since their twenties. Through this class we will work together at a comfortable pace. There will be modifications made and props used. This is a great place to start to learn correct moves or to bring yourself back to the basics. Although this is geared towards beginners, we welcome all levels.
