Yoga For Every Body

Enjoy a yoga movement practice that gives you permission to feel present, centered and grounded. Modifications are offered and props will be used to encourage safe and aligned movement. Emphasis is placed on increasing stability, strength, balance, and mobility. The final resting pose will allow you to rejuvenate as you quiet your nervous system. Meet your body where it is and start from there.
No yoga experience or flexibility required.
Mobility Yoga

Mobility Yoga focuses on stability, strength and balance to help increase mobility. Practice mindful movements to increase proprioception and to relieve unwanted stress and tension.
Class will include some mindful meditation and pranayama (breathing practices) to help calm the “monkey mind”. Leave class feeling a sense of peace and ease.
Gentle Yoga

This flow class will incorporate a grounding, centering warm up, slowly linked stretches, breath techniques, cool down and relaxation. The practice is suitable for all levels of students. The focus of the practice is to calm the mind, link breath to movement, and to cultivate a strong mind ~ body ~ spirit connection.
Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a large umbrella which allows many adaptations of the yoga postures. We will incorporate some vinyasas to warm the body while strengthening muscles. Tools are used to assist in lengthening and preventing over extension. This practice works on various parts of the body, often inspired by the students needs of the day. A class that is welcoming to all levels. Come check it out and find your happy place.
Sound Healing

Enjoy an hour of peaceful relaxation with beautiful sounds.
This calming class can settle your busy mind, which may better activate your own internal healer. We'll start with gentle, easy-to-do movement with healing sounds in order to clear tension from the body. You'll then settle on a comfy bolster and chant (or hum!) vowel sounds to cultivate even more tranquility. For the last half of class, you can choose to either meditate seated on your bolster or rest down on your yoga mat as a variety of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and chimes are played.
