Pilates

Pilates: developing core strength for better back health, increased tone, improved posture and the joy of self-empowerment. Guided by the breath, with mindfulness and accessible pacing, this class provides just the right level of challenge for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Pilates Props Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. When you add other fun tools, it changes the feel of the moves.  Come join us for a fun, innovative class using props to help you dive deeper into your body.

Reformer

Reformer Pilates is a low - impact workout that will leave you feeling strong while giving you the results you are wanting!
This technique is not only proven to help sculpt strong, lean bodies, it helps correct muscular imbalances, improves posture and balance, increases flexibility, and releases tension, helping your body work in it's most effective level.

Yoga

The term "yoga" comes from a Sanskrit word meaning "union." Yoga combines physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen the muscles. Yoga helps in reducing stress and anxiety, while enhancing flexibility and improving sleep.

TRX

TRX uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.

Pilates & TRX

This class incorporates suspension training with mat Pilates. You'll perform exercises from the traditional mat series alongside contemporary Pilates movements. The focus on deep core engagement and length in the body will help build strength and improve flexibility. The use of the TRX adds new ways to challenge your Pilates practice and exercise journey. This class is suitable (and fun) for all fitness levels.

Barre

Classic barre moves combined with Pilates makes this class fun, fast paced and a great workout.  We work small muscles to fatigue while keeping proper alignment.  Class starts with a warm up, light weights, thigh work, glute work, abs and cooldown.  You won't even realize you have worked so hard until it is done!

Cardio Kickboxing

This will be a high energy, fun packed cardio class designed to build stamina, improve coordination, increase flexibility and create overall strength. Movements and combinations are inspired by various martial arts disciplines such as Tai Chi, kung fu, ji jitsu, capeira, and kickboxing.
