Pilates is not about crunches! It was designed by Joseph Pilates to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness. Pilates is designed to improve posture, increase flexibility, circulation, and balance. Slow, controlled, concise moves are the name of the game. Props can be used to enhance the intensity of the movements. It is for all fitness levels and promotes strength.
We offer beginner pilates classes along with private pilates reformer sessions.
Danielle’s barre class combines a traditional approach of sustained holds and micro-movements. Barre combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga and musicality. Class is set to upbeat music; you will leave no muscle untouched in this effective total body workout that will tone your muscles and make you shake. Leave stronger, more flexible and standing taller.
After falling in love with barre, Stephanie trained under Leslie Canto for BarSculpt. She decided to add one of her other loves to the class, dancing. In barre fusion, you will warm up with some dance, add in light weights and bands, go to the barre for some stand up leg work, then we hit the floor for glutes and abs. This class will work your whole body and keeps your heart rate up, while being a low impact workout.
A great place for beginners as well as those looking to slow down their yoga practice. This class is designed to accommodate all beginners - utilizing blocks, blankets and straps to find a stretch that is beneficial to all.
In this Hatha yoga class, the postures are designed to open the many channels of the body—especially the main channel, the spine—so that energy can flow freely. We will end with a 10 minute savasana where Singing bowls will be played. Class is suitable for all levels.
Yin Yoga and Meditation
Yin is a quiet and restorative practice. Poses are all on the floor and held for 3-5 minutes which allows for the connective tissue to slowly open. Yin prepares the mind and body for meditation.
Group Meditation with Tibetan Singing Bowls
Relax your mind, body and spirit while listening to the peaceful tones of Tibetan and Quartz crystal singing bowls. Geri Ann begins with leading the group in both breath work and chanting the bija mantras, transitions into a short guided meditation and follows with playing seven different sized bowls for the remainder of the meditation session. Within minutes, many people find they easily drift off into a meditative state, allowing their bodies to engage in the self-healing of deep relaxation.
Suspension & Strength
In this strong class we will be blending strength moves, core work, and TRX together. Weights may be used at times. Class changes weekly. Class is suitable for all levels.
TRX + More
TRX on it's own is amazing, but add in barre, pilates, balls, and bands, and it becomes even more fun. We will combine different exercises and work our muscles to fatigue. This class will be good for:
*Anyone wanting to work hard but safe.
*All fitness levels. Can be modified.

High energy, fun packed cardio class designed to build stamina, improve coordination, increase flexibility and create overall strength. Movements and combinations are inspired by various martial arts disciplines such as Tai Chi, kung fu, ji jitsu, capeira, and kickboxing.
