Studio Classes

Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact exercise that strengthens muscles, improves posture, and increases flexibility. It focuses on developing core strength for better back health, increased tone, and self-empowerment. Guided by the breath, with mindfulness and accessible pacing, Pilates provides the right level of challenge for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Adding props to Pilates changes the feel of the moves and makes the class more fun and innovative.

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient practice that originated from a Sanskrit word meaning “union.” It brings together mind and body through physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques. These practices help to strengthen muscles, reduce stress and anxiety, enhance flexibility, improve sleep, encourage relaxation, and reduce stress.


We offer gentle yoga classes, yoga for Every Body, Sound Healing, and Restorative yoga. For more information, class descriptions are on MindBody.

TRX

TRX, which stands for Total Resistance eXercise, is a versatile and portable suspension trainer invented by a Navy SEAL. It uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to simultaneously build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core, and joint stability. 

This class will be good for:

*Anyone wanting to work hard but safe.

*YOU!

*All fitness levels.  Can be modified.

Pilates & Bands

Come experience this reformer like class.

This class incorporates functional resistance Slastix® bands with mat Pilates. You'll perform exercises from the traditional mat series alongside contemporary Pilates movements. The focus on deep core engagement and length in the body will help build strength and improve flexibility. The use of the Slastix® bands adds resistance to traditional Pilates exercises increases the fitness challenge and amplifies the benefits. This class is suitable (and fun) for all fitness levels.

Barre

Barre is a form of physical exercise that combines classic barre moves with Pilates, making it a fun, fast-paced workout. It uses the ballet barre and incorporates movements derived from ballet. The class starts with a warm-up, light weights, thigh work, glute work, abs, and cool down. Small muscles are worked to fatigue while keeping proper alignment. You won’t even realize how hard you’ve worked until it’s done!

HIIT Happens

Looking for a dynamic and efficient workout? Our 45-minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class is for you. We alternate between short, all-out bursts of effort and brief recovery periods to boost your metabolism, build muscle, and improve cardiovascular health.


This isn't just an intense workout—it's a smart one. Each class is designed for all fitness levels, allowing you to work at your maximum capacity. We use a variety of movements, including bodyweight exercises, cardio, and weights to keep things fresh and powerful.
