They provide added stability on the footbar and machine, preventing any unwanted slipping. Additionally, they help keep your feet warm throughout the session. We understand if you don't have any; you can purchase pairs at the studio. Prioritizing hygiene and your overall experience is our top priority.
Pre-registration is required for all Reformer classes. Please note that we do not accept walk-ins. To register, click here or use the MindBody App. Your registration is essential as it helps us plan and prepare for your attendance. In the event that only one person is registered for a class, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
