Like Reformer, this is a full body workout that gives you the opportunity to work on muscle endurance, flexibility, spine mobility, symmetry of the body and spices up all the classic movements like feet in straps, supine arms, and arm work!
In this class, we will break it down for you: teaching you how the spring tension differs, how to use the push through bar, and how to maximize your experience for lots of fun!!!
