We'll begin with gentle and accessible movements accompanied by healing sounds, releasing tension from your body. Find comfort on a cozy bolster and engage in chanting or humming vowel sounds, deepening your sense of tranquility. In the second half of the class, you have the option to either meditate while seated on your bolster or relax on your yoga mat. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, as well as gentle chimes. Allow your busy mind to settle and embrace the profound serenity of this healing experience.
